Yes, he's wearing pants. Click on the pic. A few months back we were in super walmart and I couldn't get to the bathroom fast enough, so he peed sooo much that there was a puddle on the ground. Poor guy had to go pantless and wear Domi's diaper. That was a great day at walmart..aaaaahhhhhh
